I'm chillin' --literally -- after Cross came and fixed my unit, cleaned it, added freon and was out the door in about an hour. I had hired someone else and after 3 weeks, they shut my system down and then kept making excuses. There's a lot of scammers in the HVAC field who will try to take advantage of people. But someone referred me to him and I took a chance and glad I did! Thank you for fast and excellent work. And the membership program is a no-brainer.

We had a wonderful experience working with Cross Mechanical LLC today. We got a new mini split for our son’s room and we have tried for a week to get other companies to come out and help us finishing installing. When we reached out to Cross, they were quick to set up a date to come to our home AND they were so adorable. The job was done right, on time, and for a price that was way below what the big commercial companies were quoting us. He even hauled off our old unit so we didn’t have to deal with trashing it.
We highly recommend this company and will be calling them first going forward if we have any issues with our mini splits.
